Elf Pets and The Elf on the Shelf Scout Elves are all part of Santa’s enchanted world, but they have different roles.
Scout Elves visit during the Christmas season and fly to the North Pole each night to report to Santa. Elf Pets® stay with families all year long, can be cuddled and also help help build the Christmas spirit Santa needs for his biggest night of the year.
Elf Pets can also join Scout Elf scenes, Christmas surprises and family traditions throughout December. They make the magic feel bigger, warmer and easier for children to hold onto.
